Position

As a key member of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across a variety of business areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the sales process for a diverse range of products and services, from developing roadmaps to closing deals with customers.
  • Demonstrating the value of Company solutions to rail industry stakeholders, showcasing how they can transform the UK rail network.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior decision‑makers and influencers in the rail sector.
  • Providing thought leadership to customers, helping them understand the potential of complex products and services to drive innovation.
  • Cementing the Company’s position as a trusted technical advisor to its customers.

Candidate

As a potentially suitable candidate you should be a driven and capable individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment. You’ll need:

  • Proven sales experience in technology, consulting, or a related field, with a passion for applying your skills to the rail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to build compelling cases for products and services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and influence customers at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.
