Morgan Spencer is seeking an experienced HR Partner with Higher Education experience to support a period of significant organisational change in London. This 6-month, full-time role (35 hours) partners with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and BAU HR activity.
Reporting to the Head of HR Partnering & Policy, you will manage redundancy programmes, employee relations casework, and advise on HR strategy, workforce planning, and policy development, while coaching managers to strengthen.
