As the Property Leasing Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all prospective tenants enquiring about available commercial space. From the initial enquiry to arranging viewings and securing leases, you’ll play a key role in supporting occupancy across a varied property portfolio. This is a people-first, detail-driven role – perfect for someone with lettings, property sales, or commercial leasing experience who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all inbound leasing enquiries and match clients to suitable commercial spaces.
  • Qualify leads, arrange property viewings, and maintain strong follow-up communication to drive conversions.
  • Build excellent working relationships with internal teams, especially on-site building managers, to coordinate viewings and tenancy handovers.
  • Liaise with external agents, brokers, and intermediaries to maintain a healthy pipeline of interest and promote available space.
  • Centralise the booking of all office viewings to help streamline and improve the leasing journey for clients.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure client needs are met and the leasing process runs smoothly.
