Company: My client is a well-known University. They seek a confident and experienced Programme/Events Coordinator to join their team temporarily. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with professionals and contribute to the smooth functioning of all departments.
Position Overview: As a Programme/Events Coordinator, you will be crucial in supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include processing team expenses, tracking and updating student records on Excel, and working closely with external suppliers to support the planning of events. The successful candidate must have prior Programme/Events Coordinator experience, excellent organisational skills, be proactive, and have very strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Helping with organising annual events.
- Being the first point of contact for students and dealing with any queries.
- Auditing and updating student records and admissions.
- Administrative duties.
- Planning travel arrangements, and working closely with their dedicated travel agent.
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritise work & deadlines and a good level of attention to detail is essential.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A high level of customer service, responding to queries from faculty and senior students is required.
