About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly capable and adaptable Private PA Household / Family Assistant to support a successful businessman and his family in Hampstead, London. This is a genuinely varied role that combines private business support, household administration, errands, food preparation, light housekeeping and after-school childcare. No two days will necessarily look the same, so we are looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and hands-on, and who is equally comfortable managing a busy diary as they are preparing lunch or collecting a child from school. The successful candidate will become a trusted and valued member of the household, providing seamless support across both the professional and personal sides of the family's day-to-day life.
Key Responsibilities
- Approximately 2–3 hours of the working day will be focused on business and personal PA responsibilities, including:
- Managing busy diaries, appointments and schedules
- Coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements
- Organising domestic and business travel
- Managing emails, correspondence and general administration
- Booking restaurants, appointments and other engagements
