The Role

  • Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR administrative support, helping to ensure staff are well-supported to deliver vital frontline services.
  • Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Supporting payroll administration and employee queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Assisting with employee relations processes and documentation.
  • Supporting HR projects, process improvements, and policy development.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience.
