The Role
Reporting to the People Culture Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR administrative support, helping to ensure staff are well-supported to deliver vital frontline services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting payroll administration and employee queries
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
- Assisting with employee relations processes and documentation
- Supporting HR projects, process improvements, and policy development
- Working closely with internal teams
