THE ROLE: As a People Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the People team, managing HR administration and payroll for UK operations while providing ad-hoc support to US employees. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the HR system, drafting employment contracts, managing exit processes, processing payroll, and overseeing benefits administration. Additionally, you will act as the primary HR contact for UK employees, assist with employee relations, and support visa and immigration processes. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and lead HR projects aligned with the People Plan and business priorities.
THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification (or be working towards it) and experience in supporting HR functions, including payroll, HR administration, and employee relations. A working knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels are essential. You should have a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supporting AI tools, along with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key business processes, is also required.
