In this unique corporate café environment, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to staff and visitors, helping foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Please note: This is an ongoing temporary position, and we are looking for candidates who can commit to the role on a long-term basis.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to a high standard• Provide friendly, professional service to internal staff and guests in a fast-paced corporate setting• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café area• Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines and grinders• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards• Collaborate with fellow baristas and catering staff to support internal meetings, events, and functions• Represent the brand positively and contribute to a warm, inclusive workplace culture________________________________________Skills & Experience:• Proven experience as a barista in a café or hospitality environment (corporate or high-volume preferred)• Confident using commercial coffee machines and grinders• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality coffee• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Professional presentation and punctuality• Food handling or barista certification (preferred but not essential)
