About the Client:
Our client, a distinguished Private Equity firm based in West London, seeks a professional and well-presented Office Manager to join their esteemed team for 3-months. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking firm and advance your career in a dynamic environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors, welcoming them into our office and offering refreshments.
- Answering inbound telephone calls.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing post.
- Diary management for the Chief Executive and Chairman.
- Ad hoc administrative projects and general administration for senior management.
- Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments ahead of any physical meetings. This includes setting up online Zoom and MS.
- Act as the point of contact for all facility issues.
- Maintain all office stationery and equipment.
- Maintain the kitchen; always ensuring it is clean and tidy, unpacking the dishwasher each morning.
- Liaise with IT and other contractors and ensure that IT use is in accordance with security guidelines.
- Ensure that all physical equipment is properly maintained and used correctly.
- Act as the first point of contact for any IT/hardware problems for staff members.
- Maintain all software, hardware, and subscription licenses.
- Work with an outsourced IT provider to ensure best practices going forward.
- Organising couriers and taxis.
- Manage the credit card and cash expenses.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a fast-paced office management role.
- Pro-active, positive, and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Professional with excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT savvy, particularly with Microsoft and Apple.
