We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join a growing team, with a focus on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a vast portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of care-specific design and compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Work closely with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers

  • Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, design teams, and internal departments

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management or construction consultancy (preferably with healthcare or care home projects)
