Are you an experienced Workplace Project Manager with a background in Professional Services and a passion for delivering exceptional workplace environments? Working within a collaborative and people-focused environment, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of workplace initiatives, including office relocations, refurbishments, space optimisation projects and ongoing workplace improvements. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly influence employee experience, operational efficiency and business success on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver workplace projects across multiple global office locations from inception through to completion
  • Manage office relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs and workplace enhancement programmes
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communications
  • Work closely with internal teams, senior leadership and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee workplace maintenance and improvement initiatives to ensure offices remain safe, functional and engaging
  • Monitor project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain delivery schedules
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement across workplace operations and project management processes
  • Support workplace strategy initiatives that enhance employee experience and business performance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Workplace Project Manager, Facilities Project Manager or similar role
  • Essential background within a Professional Services environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing office relocations, refurbishments and workplace improvement projects
  • Experience overseeing projects across multiple office locations, ideally within an international or global organisation
  • Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, suppliers and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Skilled at balancing operational priorities with strategic workplace objectives
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of workplace, facilities and office management best practice
