Working Arrangement: Central London, with remote working options initially 3 days per week, with potential to do 5 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Project Management, software developers, and various internal departments.
  • Gather business requirements for new and enhanced software applications.
  • Support business change initiatives.
  • Lead quality assurance testing.
  • Influence a Digital First agenda, ensuring that the organisation remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will possess a professional Business Analysis qualification and have substantial experience in business analysis. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Your expertise in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and software specifications will be crucial. Experience in agile and waterfall project management approaches, as well as a high level of IT literacy, is also required.
