We are now looking for a Service Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
The Role:
This is a non-business development role, but service-led delivery is key. You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing & Managing Candidates: Identifying top talent through various channels, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Matching Job Roles: Understanding client requirements and aligning candidates with the best opportunities.
• Managing the Recruitment Cycle: From initial screening to interview coordination, feedback management, and offer stage support.
• Ensuring Exceptional Service: Acting as the link between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality placements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to source, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
• A people-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences.
• Confidence, energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
