The successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within ecommerce or an entertainment related company. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to join a globally renowned entertainment company in a brand new role, on a FTC.

You will be responsible for the development of a new CRM system for all B2C engagement across international markets, working closely with key stakeholders in brand communications, ecommerce and digital content.

The Role:

  • Coordinate all B2C CRM activity across all stakeholders
  • Create and optimize lifecycle, resign journeys and automations based on continual data analysis
  • Segment customer data via progressive profiling and other tactics to develop highly targeted and personalized campaigns
  • Maintain database to ensure all B2C campaigns are compliant with GDPR
  • Work with the Paid Marketing Executive on effective acquisition campaigns and initiatives
  • Work on activation strategy to grow data and establish ongoing content plans, optimizing landing pages and customer journeys
  • Own the retention, reengagement and referral strategy with a view to developing a highly engaged audience
  • Continually track and analyse results with regular reporting to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Coordinate content for newsletters and other automations with Publishing editorial, Website Editors and Content Marketers

Essential requirements:

  • Recent experience in a CRM focused role
  • Experience within ecommerce, entertainment, media, or similar industry is essential
  • GooglyAnalytics is highly desirable
  • Data focused and insight driven, with an understanding of how to continually refine campaigns
  • Salesforce experience is desirable, but not essential
