An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded Family Law team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role supports a busy Partner and two Associates within a collaborative and close-knit department known for its supportive culture and strong teamwork. You will be joining a friendly and highly supportive team environment where PAs are actively involved in case processes and play a key role in the success of the department.
The wider team includes several experienced PAs and float support, ensuring a well-resourced and cooperative working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full PA support to 1 Partner and 2 Associates within the Family Law team
- Manage high-volume inboxes and maintain strong organisational control
- Assist with case management and correspondence
- Prepare legal documents and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with clients and internal teams professionally and confidentially
- Support fee earners with day-to-day administrative and case-related tasks
- Maintain document management systems and filing processes
- Previous experience working as a Legal PA within Family Law is essential
- Strong understanding of Family Law workflows and documentation
- Experience using iManage is highly desirable
