Our client is a leading law firm, who is seeking a Float Executive Assistant (Mat Cover), who can operate successfully and provide client and business focused support, in the absences of EA’s covering all practice areas of the company.

Act as a professional ambassador for partners, ensuring seamless service in their EA’s absence and maintaining strong client relationships internally and externally. Handle complex billing and compliance matters, coordinate WIP meetings, and oversee financial processes, including tracking unpaid bills. Arrange travel logistics, attend meetings and take minutes, follow best practices to enhance department performance, and ensure continuity through thorough handovers.

Proven experience providing high-quality support to a busy legal team in a professional environment, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Advanced MS Office skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Punctual, flexible, and responsive, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
