We are currently seeking an organised HR Associate for a 15-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, international environment. You must have hands-on experience processing payroll, as this is a key requirement for the role. Working closely with the Head of International HR, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including right to work checks, contracts, and exit interviews
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including interview coordination and referencing
  • Maintaining the HR system and producing employee related reports
  • Assisting with employee relations, including drafting letters and note taking
  • Supporting international HR administration where required

Requirements:

  • Prior HR experience, with proven payroll processing skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Confident working independently and liaising with international teams
