Our client is a Construction firm looking for a Graduate - Client Host / Office Manager, who can deliver first class customer service to all guests as well as employees. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an engaging and productive workplace.

THE ROLE:

  • Taking responsibility for the front of house reception area and meeting rooms
  • Ensuring our workplace experience is a pleasant experience for team members and visitors alike
  • Answering incoming telephone calls on our main number, and dealing with these in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Greeting visitors including clients, couriers, candidates for interview, consultants and suppliers
  • Managing meeting room calendars, coordinating bookings and ensuring spaces remain tidy and ready for use at all times
  • Looking after catering and refreshments for meetings – drinks, breakfast/lunch orders, as and when required
  • Ordering and keeping stock of all refreshments for office space
  • Working with our site teams to ensure sites are mobilised with the correct equipment and IT setup
  • Taking ownership of our warehouse inventory and the logistics of calling off/sending back stock
  • Assisting our Marketing and Digital Manager with social media posts where required
  • Assisting our Sustainability and Wellbeing Manager with uploading and tracking carbon footprint data for the business and our office activities

THE PERSON:

  • Friendly, approachable and presentable individual who is comfortable being the face of our business
  • Self-motivated and willing to get ‘stuck in’ to support the team
  • Excellent verbal and written English language is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Office Management experience preferred
