Are you a strategic and data-driven CRM marketer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We’re searching for a CRM Marketing Manager to take charge of B2C engagement through Salesforce Media Cloud, shaping direct consumer marketing at a global level.
This is a brand-new role within a Publishing & Brand Marketing team, giving you the chance to build CRM initiatives from the ground up and grow the function in line with business goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across brand communications, publishing, eCommerce, and digital content, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience for our audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead CRM coordination: Develop and optimise Marketing Cloud automations, including welcome journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and re-engagement strategies.
- Enhance audience segmentation: Use progressive profiling and data-driven insights to personalise campaigns, all while maintaining database health and ensuring compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
- Drive impactful marketing campaigns: Collaborate with teams across Paid Marketing, Content Marketing, and eCommerce to grow customer engagement and retention through strategic activations.
- Strengthen stakeholder collaboration: Work with Publishing Editors, Website Editors, and Content Marketers to craft compelling newsletters and automated content journeys.
What You’ll Need:
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-focused approach to campaign optimisation.
- Proven track record in CRM marketing, ideally across multiple international markets or B2C brands.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages would be a bonus.
