Centre Manager – Commercial Office Space – Reading  £33,000 + bonus A fantastic opportunity for a driven, proactive candidate with strong commercial awareness to join a global Real Estate company, managing one of their commercial office spaces in Reading.You will have proven experience in a similar role ideally within the Property industry, with the ability to manage day to day operations. The Role: Generates profitable new business through proactive prospecting Drive service revenue through up-selling services. Conduct viewings, converting prospects into customers. Upselling full product range to new and existing customers. Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success through P&L management Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin. Maximizes occupancy, rate, rent roll and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customers expansion requirements.
