My client, a global Property company based across London and Germany, are looking for a confident, experienced and adaptable EA with experience supporting at C-Suite level.
You will support the Group CFO with diary management, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties in a fast-paced, dynamic role. Ad-hoc support to an MD and UK CFO as required.
The role:

Extensive diary management and meeting coordination across time zones

Booking and coordinating complex travel including itineraries

Arranging and coordinating events (lunches, dinners and conferences)

Managing expenses

Document production including reports, presentations and correspondence – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential

Printing documents, binding, filing, and archiving

Ordering office supplies

Solid experience providing EA support at C Suite level
