THE ROLE:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Project Management, software developers, and various internal departments.

THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will possess a professional Business Analysis qualification and have substantial experience in business analysis. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Your expertise in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and software specifications will be crucial. Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be working with various stakeholders to agree on scope, requirements, and priorities. Experience in agile and waterfall project management approaches, as well as a high level of IT literacy, is also required.
