Job Description

About the RoleAs the Alumni Engagement Lead, you will be a key member of the Student and Alumni Experience team, responsible for delivering TRIUM’s Alumni Engagement Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Student and Alumni Experience, you will:
  • Lead alumni engagement activities and strengthen global alumni and volunteer networks.
  • Build and manage relationships with high-profile alumni to support TRIUM’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deliver compelling communications campaigns.
  • Design and deliver alumni events globally, and support the planning of the events.
  • Work closely with the other teams to identify relevant alumni learning opportunities.
  • Review and enhance alumni engagement systems to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
  • Contribute to the development of the next phase of Alumni Engagement Strategy.

About YouYou will bring:

  • Proven experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community building.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and event planning experience, ideally in an international context.
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to attend evening events and occasional international travel.
