Job Description
- Develop and deliver the Exam and Interview days
- Act as first point of contact
- Respond to telephone, email and face to face enquiries/applications
- Processing and updating (SAMS), checking & requesting additional information
- Coordinating mail merges
- Administer and deliver events, such as open days/exam days/new joiner events
- Prepare interview materials and exam papers
- Assist with the administration of bursary applications
- Assisting with 'onboarding'
- Assist with creating marketing materials
- Diary management for the Admissions department
- General ad-hoc admin duties as directed by the team
