We’re looking for a dedicated Adjudicator to join our Dispute Resolution Team in London. If you’re passionate about delivering fair outcomes, applying legal knowledge, and supporting consumers through complex disputes, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:

  • Resolve mid- to high-complexity disputes between consumers and accredited businesses
  • Assess evidence, apply relevant legislation and codes of practice
  • Deliver impartial, well-reasoned decisions in a clear and empathetic manner
  • Communicate effectively with all parties and manage a varied caseload
  • Contribute to service improvements and uphold industry standards

The Person:

  • Experience in alternative dispute resolution or legal decision-making
  • Solid understanding of consumer and contract law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset, especially in sensitive situations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and performance targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk) and a law degree (desirable)
