An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adjudications Manager to join a specialist legal and regulatory team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience managing hearings, tribunals or adjudication functions who is looking to play a key role in ensuring the fair, lawful and efficient delivery of disciplinary and appeal proceedings within a respected regulatory organisation.
Reporting to the Registrar and Director of Legal Services, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of disciplinary and appeal hearings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, procedural rules and internal policies. You will work closely with committee members, legal advisers, registrants and internal stakeholders to deliver hearings that are transparent, efficient and robust. The role will also support the ongoing development of the hearings function as regulatory legislation evolves, ensuring processes remain effective, compliant and aligned with best practice.
