The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position combining front-of-house responsibilities with office administration and team support duties. You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and visitors while providing administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for internal and external meetings
- Handling incoming calls and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence
- Coordinating refreshments and catering for meetings and events
- Managing office supplies, stationery and facilities requirements
- Liaising with building management and external suppliers
- Assisting with travel bookings and diary coordination
- Supporting onboarding processes for new starters
- Providing administrative assistance to senior team members and executives
- Managing post, couriers and office deliveries
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects and office management duties
About You
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Front of House professional
- Professional, articulate and confident communication skills
- Well-presented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Experience within financial services, professional services or a corporate environment would be advantageous
