About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth Recruitment specialist that is looking to hire a Sales Operations Associate to support commercial performance, reporting and operational excellence across the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, this position will play a key role in maintaining data quality, supporting business performance reporting, improving processes and ensuring effective use of CRM and sales technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain sales and performance reporting, including pipeline analysis, forecasting and revenue tracking
- Maintain high levels of CRM accuracy and data integrity
- Support reporting across pipeline performance, activity levels, conversion rates and commercial metrics
- Assist with dashboard creation, reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Support consultants and stakeholders with CRM best practice and data management
- Assist with onboarding, training and adoption of internal systems and processes
- Contribute to commercial projects, market mapping and business development initiatives
- Liaise with external technology providers to support ongoing system improvements
Requirements
- 6-18 months' experience within Recruitment Sales Operations, Recruitment Operations, Commercial Operations or a closely related operational support function
- Experience working within a recruitment, staffing, executive search or talent solutions environment
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining high-quality data
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
Highly Desirable
- Exposure to sales reporting, forecasting or pipeline analysis
- Experience supporting recruitment consultants, sales teams or business development functions
- Experience using modern recruitment technology and CRM platforms
- Process improvement and automation mindset
