Supporting a growing team of Relationship Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of client administration, documentation, invoicing, event coordination and team support activities. This is not a traditional client-facing or business development role. Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated administrative support to a growing team of Relationship Managers
- Maintain accurate client documentation, records and regulatory paperwork
- Process invoices and assist with financial administration tasks
- Coordinate client account administration and support activities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Arrange and coordinate client events, hospitality and team-hosting activities
- Support with meeting coordination, preparation of materials and follow-up actions
- Assist with diary management and scheduling across the Relationship Management team
- Act as a central point of coordination for team administration and operational support
- Participate in internal meetings, projects and team initiatives
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently within a regulated environment
