Hybrid Working (4 days in office, 1 day WFH). We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, ambitious organisation to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their Operations team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity across multiple brands, driving performance, enhancing brand visibility and delivering measurable commercial results. We're looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and continuously optimising the organisation's marketing strategy, ensuring all activity supports wider commercial objectives. You'll oversee the development and execution of marketing plans, manage digital performance initiatives and create engaging content that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement and supports business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager or a strong Senior Marketing Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning & Delivery
    • Translate overarching marketing objectives into clear, actionable plans
    • Build quarterly marketing plans with defined priorities, timelines and deliverables
    • Ensure all activity aligns with brand positioning, messaging and commercial goals
    • Balance short-term campaigns with long-term brand building initiatives
  • Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
    • Execute and optimise SEO and website activity to improve inbound performance
    • Manage website optimisation, analytics and reporting to improve conversion rates
    • Identify and implement digital opportunities that support business growth
  • Content, Social Media & Brand Presence
    • Lead the content strategy, ensuring consistency and high standards across all channels
    • Create and oversee content including blogs, articles, case studies and success stories
    • Manage websites and social platforms to ensure content remains engaging and up to date
    • Enhance market presence to strengthen client, candidate and employee attraction
  • Email Marketing & Customer Nurture
    • Design, deliver and optimise email campaigns aligned to commercial objectives
    • Develop nurture journeys that increase engagement and conversion
    • Ensure all communications are consistent, professional and impactful
  • Personal Branding & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Deliver a scalable approach to personal branding across the business
    • Support teams in enhancing their LinkedIn presence through content creation and meaningful audience engagement
    • Create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials where required
    • Stay up to date with marketing trends, digital tools and platform developments
    • Drive best practice across marketing activity
    • Improve processes, workflows and templates to ensure efficient delivery

About You

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role, or a Senior Marketing Executive ready to step up
  • Strong experience delivering digital marketing campaigns and content strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content quickly
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how marketing drives growth
  • Experience managing website performance, content and user experience
  • Working knowledge of SEO and the ability to implement optimisation plans
  • Experience within professional services or recruitment environments
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge
  • Experience coaching stakeholders on personal branding and LinkedIn best practice
