What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
- Monitoring costs, margins, and KPIs to drive efficiency
- Supporting investment appraisals, business cases, and scenario modelling
- Partnering with department heads to strengthen financial control
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting
- Assisting with audits, statutory reporting, and compliance
- Identifying process improvements and streamlining financial workflows
- Supporting ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Qualified or part‑qualified (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
- Proven experience in management accounting / commercial finance
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel + strong financial systems knowledge
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate finance to non‑finance stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong business partnering capability
