We are seeking a Revenue Assistant to join our client on a maternity cover basis. Reporting to the Revenue Supervisor, this role is responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient, and timely revenue service to the business, with guidance and support from the Revenue Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
- This role will primarily focus on e-billing, with some involvement in billing processes:
- E-Billing
- Submission of e-bills through client-specified vendor platforms
- Liaising with Partners and Fee Earners to manage appeals and resubmissions
- Maintaining accurate records of e-billing progress
- Monitoring and ensuring deadlines are met, particularly in relation to appeals
Experience
- The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in e-billing
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services or legal environment
- Familiarity with e-billing systems (experience with Legal-X is advantageous, though training will be provided)
Skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
