Are you a dynamic starter–finisher who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? We're partnering with a leading international software business to find a highly organised and proactive PA/Team Assistant & Office Manager to support their EMEA team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 3 years' experience who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and delivering excellence from start to finish.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role at the heart of the business, supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth running of both team operations and the London office. Working across international teams, you'll be a trusted coordinator and go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing complex calendars, meetings and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating client events, off-sites and travel logistics end-to-end
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient environment
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across sales, marketing and leadership teams
  • Taking full ownership of tasks – from initiation through to completion
  • Improving processes, tracking actions and keeping stakeholders aligned

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in EA, Team Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
  • A natural starter–finisher mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to juggle priorities and work independently
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
