Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: London
Work Schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day WFH (Non negotiable)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Commission

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of internal hiring across two divisions and multiple specialist teams in both London and New York.
As the business expands internationally, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can build high-performing teams, evolve recruitment strategy, and play a pivotal role in overall headcount and geographical growth.
About the Role
You’ll be leading internal hiring across seven specialist teams, partnering closely with managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent. This is a highly visible role with real influence, giving you the autonomy to shape recruitment processes, drive candidate experience, and directly contribute to organisational growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing an internal recruitment strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing and attraction to interviewing, assessment, and offers
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring
- Partnering with managers across multiple teams and international locations, providing market insights and strategic guidance
- Driving an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values
- Delivering regular hiring updates, analytics, and recommendations to the leadership team

- Experience within internal talent acquisition, ideally within recruitment, search, professional services, or fast-paced scaling environments
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
- A proactive approach to sourcing, headhunting, and pipeline development
- Someone who thrives in a growing, high-energy environment and enjoys shaping process and best practice
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
