We're currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join a well-established organisation in Central London on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced housing environment and is passionate about delivering excellent resident services while supporting operational efficiency.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of multiple residential schemes, working closely with Housing and Scheme Managers to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support resident applications, onboarding, and tenancy processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support across housing services
  • Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and financial processes
  • Help manage voids, lettings, and tenancy agreements
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations, H&S, and data protection
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and external partners
