This is a broad and varied position offering a true mix of marketing, communications, CRM, client development, events, and business development activities.
The OpportunityWorking closely with senior marketing and business development leaders, you will support a range of key projects and initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships, raise the firm's profile, and generate new business opportunities. A significant part of the role will involve taking ownership of the firm's legal directory submissions programme, while also supporting the rollout and optimisation of CRM technology and helping deliver targeted business development campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate legal directory submissions, including Chambers, Legal 500 and other industry rankings.
- Work with senior stakeholders to gather content, manage deadlines and coordinate referee processes.
- Analyse directory feedback and identify opportunities to enhance market profile.
- Support CRM initiatives, data management and user adoption.
- Assist with CRM rollout, optimisation and ongoing development projects.
- Conduct market and client research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support business development campaigns, client targeting and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Coordinate client events, networking opportunities and business development meetings.
- Create and maintain pitch, proposal and business development materials.
- Maintain business development resources and internal knowledge systems.

- Around 2 years' experience within marketing, business development or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
