Overview

Support bid management and due diligence processes by coordinating stakeholders, drafting responses, and delivering high-quality submissions within defined commercial, legal, and security guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of bids and DD requests (timelines, tracking, updates).
  • Handle bid mailboxes and portals (log, upload/download, organise, submit).
  • Draft responses using approved content and tools (e.g. Notion, Responsive, AI support).
  • Coordinate SME inputs, track approvals, and maintain audit trails.
  • Provide pre-approved materials to internal teams (Sales, CS, RevOps).
  • Compile evidence packs (policies, SOC 2, compliance docs, diagrams).
  • Manage Trust Centre access (requests, NDAs, logs, permissions).
  • Support meetings (agendas, notes, actions).
  • Run QA checks (accuracy, consistency, formatting, compliance).
  • Maintain and improve knowledge libraries (Q&A updates, organisation).

Required Skills

  • Strong writing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with RFPs, RFIs, or due diligence questionnaires.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and knowledge tools.

Preferred

  • Exposure to SaaS security/compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
