Overview
Our client, a leading Law Firm, is seeking a proactive and adaptable Legal Secretary to join their fast-paced Film, TV, and Gaming department. This is a unique opportunity to work in a creative, high-energy environment that blends legal support with entertainment industry flair.
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday + Monday or Friday)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a team of professionals, reporting to a long-standing Executive Assistant. The role is varied and hands-on, with responsibilities spanning legal admin, diary and travel management, document editing, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, with minimal training required. Experience using Elite 3 is essential, and we’re open to candidates from any department background as long as they’ve worked with the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and travel management for the team.
- Editing legal documents and handling general legal admin.
- Supporting internal and external events.
- Collaborating with a highly experienced EA for guidance.
- Working in a relaxed but fast-paced environment.
