We’re currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join a well-established organisation in Central London on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a housing environment and is passionate about delivering excellent resident services while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support resident applications, onboarding and tenancy processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support across housing services
  • Assist with rent collection, invoicing and financial processes
  • Help manage voids, lettings and tenancy agreements
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations, H&S, and data protection
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders and external partners

About You

  • Experience in housing, property or tenancy management
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
