Finance Manager £100,000 – £120,000 + benefits London | Hybrid Financial Services We’re working with a high‑quality financial services firm looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role within its finance function. This is a senior, hands‑on position suited to someone with strong technical capability and experience operating in a regulated financial services environment.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day financial management, reporting and controls, while partnering closely with the business to provide insight and support decision‑making. The role offers genuine responsibility, visibility, and progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversight of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow
- Supporting year‑end accounts and liaising with auditors and advisors
- Business‑partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager (or equivalent)
- Financial services industry experience is essential (regulated environment)
- Strong technical accounting and reporting capability
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and operating with autonomy
