The Role:
You will work closely as part of a collaborative team, providing dependable and highly organised “right-hand” support. The role plays a key part in the hiring process, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will be responsible for supporting multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within recruitment systems.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to manage competing deadlines.
