We are recruiting for an exceptional opportunity within a prestigious Private Equity division of a global investment firm in Central London. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role supporting a busy team of approximately 11 professionals. The successful candidate will be a proactive, polished and resilient EA who thrives in a demanding financial services environment and enjoys being at the heart of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating high-volume internal and external meetings
- Managing extensive international travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, meeting materials and reports
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Supporting team events, off-sites and conferences
- Onboarding new team members and coordinating operational requirements
- Acting as a trusted point of contact across the business
- Providing seamless administrative support whilst building strong stakeholder relationships globally
About You
- Proven Executive Assistant experience within Financial Services is essential
- Previous experience supporting a team within Investment Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, Banking or wider Financial Services
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
