Our client is a well-established and highly respected professional services organisation based in Central London. They are seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join their Operations team and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and gain exposure to a broad range of office operations and facilities responsibilities within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Support departmental budget monitoring and expenditure tracking using Excel.
- Maintain accurate records relating to facilities spend and operational activities.
- Assist with office security processes, including access passes and visitor management.
- Assist with document archiving and records management.
- Support office moves and furniture relocation projects.
- Provide administrative support relating to office systems and telephony.
- Maintain stock levels of kitchen, refreshment and office supplies.
- Assist with general workplace and facilities administration.
- Support ad hoc projects and operational activities as required.
- Ensure communal office areas remain fully stocked and operational.
- Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
Exposure to a broad range of facilities and workplace operations.
