Stock Allocator London (Hybrid) £30,000 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you highly organised, analytical, and passionate about products, planning and stock management? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised media and entertainment brand as an Allocator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their merchandising career within a fast-paced international business with a truly global presence.

The Role

  • Working closely with commercial, retail and operations teams, you will be responsible for ensuring stock is allocated effectively across multiple channels and markets, supporting product availability while maximising sales opportunities.
  • You will play a key role in inventory planning, order management and stock optimisation, providing accurate reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock allocation across multiple product categories and markets
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions
  • Analyse sales performance and stock movements to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support forecasting and merchandising planning processes
  • Maintain accurate product and inventory data within internal systems
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics and commercial teams to ensure timely stock availability
  • Produce regular reports on stock performance, sales trends and KPIs
  • Support seasonal launches, promotional activity and new product introductions

About You

  • Previous experience in Merchandising, Allocation, Inventory Management or Supply Chain
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Experience with merchandising, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous
