Recruitment Operations Assistant
City of London
Up to £30,000 + Bonus 
Hybrid working

Our client, a forward-thinking and values-driven company, is on the lookout for an exceptional Recruitment Operations Assistant to support their leadership team and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in making things happen. You'll be at the heart of the organisation, playing a vital role across multiple areas including executive support, operations, culture, events, and marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Executive Support
    You’ll be the right hand to the leadership team—managing calendars, inboxes, travel bookings, meeting coordination, and ensuring they're prepped and ready for everything that comes their way.
  • Operations
    You'll keep internal systems humming—updating CRMs, managing reports, maintaining databases, and refining workflows to drive efficiency and clarity across the business.
  • People & Culture
    You'll help foster a great workplace—supporting onboarding for new team members, coordinating internal communications, and contributing to initiatives that make this an incredible place to work.
  • Event Coordination
    Whether it’s a team social, a client gathering, or a celebration, you’ll help bring people together and make events memorable.
  • Problem-Solving
    You’re the go-to fixer—spotting issues before they arise, resolving them with a smile, and constantly improving how things are done.
  • Marketing Support
    You’ll pitch in on the marketing front—assisting with website updates, social media posts, and content coordination to help elevate the company’s presence.

Who are we looking for;

  • 1-3 years experience within Recruitment Operations
  • Familiarity with Administration, Finance and Diary Management 
  • Confidence using CRM systems, MS Outlook and Linkedin
  • Real Team player – happy to pick up tasks to get to a goal 
  • Very strong communicator verbal and written
