We are looking for a true Executive Assistant/Business Assistant with proven experience at C-Suite level, dealing with board agendas, strategic projects, and confidential compliance matters. We’re seeking someone with gravitas, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills who can operate as a true extension of senior leadership. As the right hand to two senior leaders, you’ll manage complex diaries, oversee high level internal communications, and support a variety of strategic and operational responsibilities. You’ll also work closely with the wider Executive Assistant team to coordinate projects and support Executive Leadership initiatives.
The Role:
- Full diary management and coordination of meetings, events, and international travel
- Preparing board and leadership meeting agendas, drafting minutes, and ensuring follow ups
- Inbox management and internal communication support on behalf of the Executives
- Preparing professional documentation, board packs, presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Supporting the full people life cycle onboarding, exits, performance processes and compliance tracking
- Acting as a trusted liaison across departments, cascading critical information from the Board
- Raising purchase requests, processing expenses, and managing internal systems
The Person:
- Experience supporting C-Suite Executives in a fast-paced, high performing environment
- Confident handling confidential information and working as a trusted advisor
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to anticipate needs
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
- Expert level skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word including presentations, graphs, and reports
