Salary: £28,000–£45,000 + commission

We’re looking for a confident, personable and energetic Sales Executive to join our client’s busy student accommodation team in Shoreditch.
You’ll be speaking with students every day, helping them find and secure accommodation while providing a friendly, supportive customer experience.
The role
- Manage enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email
- Build strong relationships with students
- Guide customers through the accommodation process from enquiry to booking
- Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving
- Work towards achievable sales and activity targets
- Handle around 100 daily customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp and email

- Comfortable speaking to lots of people
- Great at building rapport and providing excellent customer service
- Proactive, motivated and target-driven
- Patient and reassuring when dealing with students
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience is helpful, but personality, communication skills and attitude are just as important. Full training is available.
