Based in Central London, this is a hybrid role with 1 day working from home and a salary of £35,000. Our client is a luxury real estate company looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their busy, fast-paced office. As Operations Coordinator, your role will be varied and interesting. You will be supporting a large team and will be their go-to for operational processes, CRM, and marketing and communications needs. This is a permanent role where you will be able to grow and develop alongside an exciting and forward-thinking company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting advisors with their day-to-day operational queries
  • Managing the CRM and workflows
  • Creating new processes and procedures to enable the office to run more smoothly
  • Managing all marketing requests such as campaigns, trackers, PR activity, and internal communications
  • Training new starters with operational procedures

About you:
