Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Team Assistant looking to join a highly respected asset management firm in the heart of London? We are partnering with a leading investment management business to recruit a proactive, polished, and highly organised EA/Team Assistant to support a busy team within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of converting to a permanent position.
The Role
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Arranging meetings, roadshows, and international travel itineraries
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Managing expenses and invoice processing
- Preparing meeting packs, presentations, and documentation
- Supporting team events and off-site meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
- General administrative support to a high-performing team
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant within Asset Management, Investment Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or wider Financial Services
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional, polished, and confident communication style
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership
